| "Life and Usefullness" |
 |
For years I imagined what it would be like to grow old. I have experienced life and have seen the wonders of days gone by. While in some poetic moment it is easy to get lost in the volume of those moments, real living is defined by what you will do with today and tomorrow. How many of you have already put a dime in the meter and parked your life on auto cruise? Stop it! If God wanted you on the shelf, He would make sure you were six feet under. If you have life, then live it! Make your life useful and meaningful to others. Speak to strangers with kindness, send a note or better yet call someone after you have prayed for them, or maybe take time and invest it wisely in a young person. Live life so that others lives will breathe easier because you have touched their lives. Life is not to be wasted but lived in service to others. When you do kindness to others it allows your heart to be prepared for kindness coming to you from God. Tim
