I am sure I am the only one that has gotten mad at someone and then come to find out that I was the dummy. In fact to make matters worse is when they were trying to be nice to me.
Well there is a rule of thumb that may help people like me. It all involves judgment. Simply, do not be quick to judge or to judge without all the facts. In fact it is best to not judge at all.
Whether it is in heavy traffic or in your own home, be slow and gentle with your reactions. Step back and lovingly evaluate the situation instead of striking like a rattlesnake. And most of all never ever allow the sun to set on your anger. Be a peacemaker and find a way to show love instead of the side of us better left unrevealed.
Remember to make this day by making something more of yourself.
