| "Life Appreciation" |
 |
The kids have been driving us crazy. It is homecoming week at their high school and each day is a dress up day. So I am sure the whole week will be filled with panic, imagination and little or no “learning.”
Homecoming is a celebration of days past and a look forward to tomorrow. As a society we have forgotten this celebration and have programmed ourselves to live mainly in the present and for today. Living for the moment causes us to become self centered.
Today enjoy a homecoming. Appreciate, learn from and incorporate the past into anticipation and excitement for tomorrow. You will find “living for the moment” is a waste of time and no way to appreciate life. Tim
